At The Linen Company, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed, and unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the linen items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your linens and place them back into their original protective packaging to ensure they remain clean and damage-free during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, securely attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items to verify their condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
